Beach
We can walk directly from our building to the Marco Island beach. Because of our location between the Hilton Hotel and the Marriott Hotel, we have access to all beach amenities, such as umbrellas and chairs, jet skis, para sailing, and just plain sunbathing!! Here are some views:
Building Exterior
Our beautiful building has balconies from all bedrooms, kitchens and greatrooms. This gives a substantial look to the exterior of the building.
City View
Every unit in our building has views to both the beach and the city of Marco Island, here are some views of the city.
Social Room
We have a beautifully decorated social room. Complete with HDTV, comfortable seating, dining area with wet bar and a complete kitchen. It leads to an outdoor eating area with grill. The outdoor area is adjacent to the pool area. Click on the photo to see a larger view.
Sunset
Sunsets from the Chalet are beautiful. Each one is different and you can watch from your balcony or go down on the beach. Most of us arrange our evening around this magnificent daily event.
Pool Area
A very popular area is our beautiful pool area. We have a large pool, heated spa and shuffleboard court. Plenty of room to soak up the sun!!
Exercise Rooms
We have two exercise rooms, one dedicated to weight training and the other for cardio workouts.
Grill Area
We have a covered grill area with two gas grills and tables.
Guest Rooms
The Chalet has two guest bedrooms that owner’s can rent for the use of their guests. Each bedroom has two single beds, bath, TV, microwave oven and small refrigerator.
Tennis
We have two hard surface tennis courts on the roof the parking garage.
