This is the entry-point into the Chalet’s secure website meant for access by registered Chalet Owners (and/or Tenants) only. Use by non-authorized parties is strictly prohibited.
This (new) secure website has been created to communicate electronically with you and other owners / residents. It will be the primary means for communicating important notices, such as events and announcements, as well as allowing you to submit service requests. For owners, it also provides access to confidential condominium documents such as your annual budget, meeting notices and minutes. We are requesting that you all become familiar with the site, as we believe it will significantly enhance your Chalet-living experience.
If you received a “Welcome Letter” containing your personal REGISTRATION CODE, please click on the “Register” button below and you will be prompted to input the Code and your Unit number. During the registration process, you will be asked to verify your data contained in the Chalet’s Owner database, such as: name, email, phone # etc. You will also set up a password during this process. Registration is a one-time process.
